A question, a bug, an idea: write to contact@over9fit.com. We answer in English or French.
How do I back up my sessions to Google Drive?
In the ☰ menu, open Settings and sign in with your Google account. The app then asks for access to your Drive: it only sees the files it creates itself, in a folder named Over9FitApp. You can let Auto-upload to Drive do the work, or tap Sync now.
Sync is optional: without it, everything stays on your phone.
I'm changing phones: how do I get my data back?
Install Over9 on the new phone with the same Google Play account, sign in with the same Google account in Settings, and sync: your sessions come back from your Drive.
If sync was never enabled on the old phone, your data never left it: sync from the old phone first.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. You can log and view everything offline; only syncing with Drive needs a connection.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases go through Google Play, which handles refunds. You can refund the app yourself from Google Play within two hours of buying it. After that, Google reviews refund requests made within 48 hours of purchase. Past that, write to us at contact@over9fit.com.
How do I change the app's language?
The app follows your phone's language. You can also give it a different one without touching the rest of the phone: in the ☰ menu, Settings → Language, or in your phone's settings, Settings → Apps → Over9 → Language. Nine languages are available: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese.
How do I delete all my data?
On your phone: uninstalling the app deletes everything it keeps there.
On your Drive: the copy belongs to you; delete the Over9FitApp folder. To remove the app's access to your Google account: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
In your Android backup: if your phone's backup is on, Android may copy the app's data into it (never your progress photos). You manage it in your phone's backup settings.
We have nothing to delete on our side: the app's data never reaches us. The details are in the privacy policy.
